The production company has over 30 years of experience in creating successful and profitable films. Established in 2018, the company evolved from a long-standing partnership between its founders.
Specialising in high-quality independent films with low to medium budgets, the company has a proven track record of delivering compelling and commercially viable productions.
Showcase Investments serves as the introducing agent. Once you decide to invest, your contract will be directly with the production company or a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established specifically for each production.
Funds must be transferred via bank transfer to the designated account specified in your contract within 24 hours of signing.
Investor security is a top priority. To safeguard your investment, funds are protected through four key measures:
SPV Structure – Your funds are held in an SPV, separate from the parent company. This ensures a clear, controlled financial structure and protects your investment.
Comprehensive Insurance – All productions are fully insured by Tysers, a leading entertainment insurance provider. This comprehensive coverage protects your investment from potential production risks.
If for any reason the film is stopped or cancelled the investor will receive a full refund.

Recuperation - If the investor fails to recoup their original investment after release of the film, the value of investment will be transferred to a different production at no cost to the investor and until the original investment value plus returns of 25% have been achieved.
Currently, the production company has in excess of 100 happy, satisfied clients who regularly support and reinvest in productions to build their royalty income.
Each production has a set investment requirement. Once this funding target is met, no further investors are accepted for that project. As demand for content from streaming platforms and broadcasters grows, new investment opportunities continually arise.
Yes. Each production comes with a comprehensive prospectus detailing the business plan, production cycle, marketing strategy, and projected profits. These brochures are available upon request.

Yes. Investment funds cover production costs, including cast and crew payments, marketing, and distribution. Investors receive regular updates via newsletters detailing production progress and milestones.

You will receive your original investment plus a 25% return around the time of the production’s release. This could be from one month before to three months after release, depending on revenue inflows.
Prior to the release, you will be invited to set up an account with FilmChain, which manages revenue distribution.
Yes. All royalty earnings will be displayed in your FilmChain account, ensuring full transparency.
Royalties are paid quarterly after the production's release and are deposited into your FilmChain account. From there, you can transfer funds to your bank account.
Royalty payments continue quarterly for the lifetime of the production, typically 25+ years.
The minimum investment is typically £5,000. However, higher-budget productions may require a higher minimum investment, as specified in the production prospectus.
